Wordless Wednesday- Asparagus?

United we stand, together we fall...

I'm tiring of cooking asparagus in the same way, stir fried with soy, garlic and ginger. So far, those flavors are match made in heaven for asparagus, to my palate at least. But I'm getting enough of it..

How do you cook your asparagus?

    i just saute it with garlic add salt and ta daaa! lol my husband likes it but i think its just blahhh, i need something new!

  3. ...stir-fry a la kangkung belacan... hmmm...yummy! Or, for a western twist, why nor you blanch the asparagus and pour spicy scrambled eggs sauce over it? I'm drooling already! hehehe..

    I cook cik Aspa <> cam nih:
    ... garlic, udang hidup n sos tiram; kalau ada mood I add in mushroom shitake n if you like, dashes of white pepper.
