I know...I've been missing in action for days now.. Husband is busy travelling here and there almost every week. I simply don't have much time to cook, shoot and blog. I cook and eat, and that's it. No fancy cooking whatsoever. :P (No aneh-aneh baking either.. CC: K Rima ;p)
But, this morning, I managed to shoot some pictures while fixing myself a mug of teh tarik. I miss shooting and blogging, so teh tarik pun jadilah.. Adam was on iPad btw..Thank God for iPad (TGFI).. he he
My friend, Melisa, dropped me a tip on how to get those teh tarik bubbles without having to pull the tea. Just whisk it! I did, but the bubbles stayed not long. It popped seconds after I finish whisking it. I had to pull my tea and god knows how messy it was he he. I guess I have to settle with non-bubbly teh tarik. Or buy it outside when the craving comes in. :P Thanks Mel! :D

Pwetty! teh tarik suddenly nampak menyelera kan walau pun ku tak suka minum teh hahaha.. sometimes tu niat dihati nak bake yg aneh aneh but with the hubster outstation and kita kena kelola kan semua.. macam malas pun ade.. this week i memang tak take any order.. my hubs gd boy ade kat sg.. i actually plan nak rehat kan badan .. err rehat kan badan?? kahkahkah

I have no idea what Teh Tarik is but it looks good. It looks like condensed milk tea to me. Your pictures are very tempting.
Silly me..I should have highlighted it earlier he he Teh Tarik is literally translated as "pulled tea". It's a famous hot milk tea beverage with foam on top, which derived from the 'pulling' process itself. :) yes, it's made from black tea, condensed milk and some people even add evaporated milk. :) Try it!
Hehe my Emak made the best teh tarik ala mamak, but sama lah macam u, no bubble aka foam.. I should have used foam instead of bubble heeee...

I malas nak bake sbb takut time tgh critical, i.e. mixed white egg batter with the egg yolk butter, tgh measure sugar temp, si Adam panggil, nak immediate attention... cit.. mmg gelabah dibuatnya.. I cakap wait pun, dia pura2 tak paham he he anak2.. nak bagi ipad 2,3 hours kecian plak.. duduk depa tv sorang, kecian plak.. baik tak payah buat.. layan je dia.. malam dah penat melayan, i pun tido skali ng dia hahaha
