Thursday- Minus 3 kilos

Yippee..!!

Just to update that I've managed to shred 3 kilos....finally...Yabedabeduu...ni br 2 weeks  without rice..

okay2 maintain x makan nasik sapai setahun cam AliaaRoslan. :D

eh, where did I put that weight-lost-tracker gadget? Need to bring that thing back! ;p

    Dr.Notts, saya rasa awal2 ni br hilang air je kot hehe.. masih berisi lagik nih..

    mim, aku target 15 kg total.. hehe mari kita sama2 lose wieght.. ade geng br semangat..

    ummi5, ni shed sbb terpaksa hehe.. i nak baby lg haha tp overweight takut dpt penyakit plk ms preggy...
