Worry.
The temperature rose up to 40.7 yesterday. We took him to the hospital, and the doc said it was a viral fever. And the norm medicine [paracetamol,ibuprofen,flu] was prescribed.
On the other hand, my lil boy didn't like to be sponged, no Cold fever sticked on his forehead and obviously would throw out the Panadol syrup syringed to his mouth.Sigh. Left me with no options rather than to insert paracetamol suppository in his r*ctum. Poor baby.
The fever has last for almost 3 days. This morning, I tried to syringe him with a dose of ibuprofen, and Alhamdulilah, he swallowed it. The temperature went down to 35.8 at 1 pm. Now is 5.06pm, and I measured it again, the temp rose again to 38.6.
Worry again.
Hopefully, he will has a quick recover..ameen..

kalau dah cecah 40, ko pegi la spital lagi.. yaya dulu pun 3 hari masok spital sebab viral ni la.. sampai dkt spital, paed tu melompat amik suppository tu, masok 2 bijik ko.. tak reda2 gak.. pastu terpaksa amek antiobiotic...
ReplyDeleteaku kasik ibuprofen baru turun..skg tgh monitor.. amek antibiotic? umur yaya time tu brape? p. suppository ni lambat la efek dia..
